It's such a beautiful watch, and by the way, perfect strap for the watch too! HAGWE René

Noice and fat strap to keep this puppy happy

 By: Bill : November 25th, 2011-15:20
I tend to go for the thicker straps as I like the balance and the weight. But the leather is soft as butter. HAGWE Bill

Bill, could you please...

send me a PM with the your strap's info? I'm looking for options for my 111. Thank you! René

I do believe Panerai has made a grail-type piece here...

For most fans of the brand. Complaints? I can think of only one, I almost always prefer a solid caseback, and think that would have been more appropriate on this watch. Still, the markings between the lugs, the lugs themselves, the new case design, the fl...

Yes! It has all the DNA and looks [nt]

Solid case back would be nice

As for the plexi they give you a spare so you are covered. I guess like with old Rolex watches you can polish off most of the everyday type scratches. HAGWE Bill

I do miss this kind of beast...

That is what your wrist shots make me feel. This one is bloody gorgeous, and sums all the reasons which make me love Panerai. Best, Nicolas.

It sits just right on the wrist.

I will check and get back to you with an accurate read. It is pretty skinny for sure but the lugs of the watch fall within my wrist comfortably. Report back to you tomorrow. Bill

Awesome close-ups, Bill.

Vintage Rules. The watch needs to be framed and a nice thick strap does the trick. HAGWE Bill

STOP, STOP... With the shots you do

I am sorry for the torture. Just giving you more motivation. With 3500 units I hope we don't see the OOR. I guess we have to see how long will it take to distribute the first 3500 pieces. My guess is at least one year +. Which may be a good thing. But I s...

As usual!

Your pics are perfect, as usual! As usual they make my hungry (and angry lol!). The strap give some character and strong to the 372, besides the elegance. I didn't order for one, but now i am really thinking about. Thank you Bill. David.

Sorry to fuel your addiction

PAM 372

 By: hoehenry : November 27th, 2011-06:38
A nice and beautiful watch.! But what is all this fuss about this watch that people are willing to pay a premium for it. Can someone explain this? After that PAM 318 fiasco, people are a little apprehensive about Panerai.I am one of those. henry hoe.

Two different matters

 By: Bill : November 27th, 2011-08:16
I think we are talking about different issues here. The 318 was a judgment error on behalf of Panerai. They took the low road and they have made an honorable gesture to correct it. Really the only gesture they could. The other matter is the notion of prem...

Wow congrats Bill!!!!!

It was a hard one to pass by to say the very least. And. It lives up to the hype by every stretch of the imagination. Best Bill

Very fine Pics if I may say!!

Hey Bill, The watch doesn't really have a modern peer. Except for maybe a perfect vintage 6152 or 6154, ah but their not of the modern era. Each watch has its own merits. The 372 has its special case and fonts, The 127 is very very cool........ The 203 ha...

Hi Bill, I noticed your first pics of the watch are at 10:10....Then the wrist shots are at 10:10...... That must be the preferred setting for many watches being photographed and displayed for the watch industry. I have noticed that time setting quite fre...

10:10 in the industry standard. Why I don't know other than balance. In a lot of cases I prefer 16:20 so you can better see the logo but there is no exact science that I know of. Best Bill
