The first Italian article about the Pre-Vendome 5218-202/A Marina Militare PVD & 5218-203/A Luminor Marina PVD

The article concludes that both watches have of immense personalities, extraordinarily robust and well build, and it mention the particular and secure protecting device once used by the navy.

The down side was that both watches were of important dimensions limiting wrist-wear ;-)
