I didn't weigh the watch but it doesn't feel that heavy IMO

The PAM438 actually isn't top heavy when strapped to my wrist
However, I guess it could be top heavy if you wear the bracelet loose where the watch can flop over to the left or right. When you have it adjusted correctly, it doesn't flop over and remains secure in the middle of your wrist. - AT
