My new skeleton.....for fun.....

 By: Andy : June 17th, 2012-10:36
I was in Manchester today (seeing the Dalai Lama) and I always look in the local watch shops and found this new Swatch..!! I couldn't resist and bought one straight away, they come in a rainbow of colours (yellow, red, blue, white, orange, green, pink and...

So, andy, are you starting a new thema in your collection?

 By: amanico : June 17th, 2012-10:56
One is ok, two is a thema. :) Very lovely Swatch, my friend. I was thinking about another one, whose name I don't remember, though. Say Hello to THe Dalai Lama! Nicolas.

Good point....

 By: Andy : June 17th, 2012-11:01
sporty skeletons....good job my dealer does RM..!! But then again that could be a bad thing too :) Or what if JLC do a nice Extreme Lab 3...it's difficult to think of many sports watches with the quality of an AP..? The thema continues....

Both are nice ...

but only one shows the right time :-) Nice addition to your collection, congrats! Oliver

Reliable Swatch. I purchased one 19 years ago a Swatch Chrono

in an airplane flying JAL to Canada for university studies. My so called luxury quartz then. It lasted about 6 years, not bad I guess.

Same here...

 By: Andy : June 18th, 2012-09:03
I got a chrono about 20ish years ago and still have it...it needs a battery but I'm sure it still works. I remeber thinking it was expensive at the time but it was probably about £45...LOL. Andy.

LOL, it could have cost the same then and I thought I had just

splurged too much on a wristwatch before even starting and finishing higher education. I was damned. To think back, the dosh I spent 4 years on Budweisers and Canadian beers for straight 4 years could have afforded me 2 nice Submariners or maybe a Sub and...

Cool Andy!

I like the domed plexi and also the strap attachment ( very AP) :) A fun watch that brings a smile! cheers fernando

Cool toy.

 By: VMM : June 18th, 2012-04:46
It looks nice on the wrist. I love Swatch watches, great price and value. The pics with the AP looks fantastics, best of both worlds. Enjoy them. Vte :)

Great fun aren't they...

 By: Andy : June 18th, 2012-08:02
this was under £50....the coloured ones would be great for a holiday watch as they'll take sand, sun cream, swimming and bashing about during the day. The only poor point is how loud it is..!! I can hear it at the far side of the room at night. Andy.

Fun piece!

 By: MichaelC : June 18th, 2012-08:59
I'll still give a slight nod to the 15305 though ;-)

"just has the edge..."

 By: small-luxury-world : June 18th, 2012-09:14
Well, it is not that loud :-) I hate to sit next to someone in the opera/or in a classical concert, with a swatch on the wrist. It drives me crazy! I leave all my swatches at home, as well :-) Cheers, Oliver

Yes the 15305 is much quieter....

 By: Andy : June 18th, 2012-11:31
I think I'll leave the swatch downstairs tonight as it almost kept me awake...tik...tik...tik...tik...tik...tik........LOL. I promise I'll bring something nice if we go to the opera :) Yours, Andy.

What a fun watch!

 By: eloise : June 19th, 2012-02:43
