44 mm for me .......

As a person who " been there done that " please let me share my experience with you. First of all you are investing your hard earn money in a  watch that has style, history and a lot of followers. It has almost every thing that you can ask for so at the end no matter what you decide (40 mm or 44 mm or 47 mm) you are aleady a winner.

I have a small wrist and had the same fear as you have now so I decided to go with 40 mm. Now I am a proud owner of 44 mm (05) and 47 mm (249) panerai and very happy with both. I would suggest you to go to an AD and try them both. If this is not an option get a 44 mm first if it does not suit you well then you can go for 40 mm (much easier to sell a 44 mm than a 40 mm).

Thanks,

ramin

My wrist size is less than 6.5" but I don't have any problem wearing 44mm-Luminor, 44mm-Submersible, 45 and 47mm-Radiomirs. Make sure you have the tight strap to put on so that the watch will not move back and forth. Cheers.

Same opinion ...
