Good ole SS or Titanium. And a Plexi crystal. No cracks or breakage. And good idea to get insurance on any watch over several thousand dollars. YOu can get a cheap policy added to your home owners insurance policy for very little money. I think we have to remember that Panerai originally made "tool" watches and many of the current Panerai line up IMO wold still be considered "tool watches". But, some Panerais with the very complicated movements or using materials, and costing way over $10K I would not consider "tool watches" but dress watches or show pieces.

But haven't heard of one been dropped. Its like a Diamond. Scratch resistant to anything, but get a hammer and its toast. They will come up with something one day for sure
