Quick strap release button popped out of..........

Jul 22, 2014,15:31 PM

my 352. Watch is six months old. Three weeks ago while changing strap, the button popped out. Sent it in and was told it will take about three weeks for repair. Got the watch back few days ago repaired but on the same day, the same button popped out again.

Now I was told, it will be sent to the service centre and may be necessary to be sent back to Switzerland, I have not been quoted on the lead time yet, but sounds like it's going  to be lonnnnnng.

Anyone encountered similar problems, please share your experience and how was your problem resolved.

Thanks.

Hopefully it won't take long. Oh yeah, keep in mind that basically all the watch companies in Switzerland are closed down for holidays so that might delay your repair a little bit. Cheers, Anthony PS. Welcome to PuristSPro!
