Because a Panerai watch is a...
basic, essential timepiece. The dial must be as simple as they come..3-6-9-12. On the 88's dial they put so much..gook..it looks like a Breiteling.. :-) IMHO Ciao

For all your responses. The diamond is for keeps, the PAM can always be changed for a new model........... Interesting comment that a Panerai should have the simplicity of dial - whilst accepting that, the 88 provides both the distinctive look of Panerai ...
