Mark, Thank you. It is a 5107P, a reference that appeared in Patek's catalogs in 2004-2005 and 2005-2006. I'm told it was pretty much sold out by November 2006. It is 37 mm, automatic, with a matte black dial. I feel fortunate to have found one. Park
