It seems to work, strangely somehow, but it works!

Hello Ping,

thanks for your excellent review that I read not for any passion of Panerai watches, but for the pure curiosity how a woman should praise a Panerai that I find way too big for my male wrist (admittedly I have a slim wrist, but still stronger than yours smile).

On your wrist its strong effect is that of contrast. Were one would expect a ladies´ Cartier or Rolex with jewels this toolwatch is in the opposite direction. As in fashion it is the harmonic combination of colours and styles or the willingly set accent of contrast that is creating an interesting, nice look.

What I will not get used to (apart from their bulkiness) is the strange shape of the Panerai cases which seems to be uncertain whether to be round or rectangular. But again, this ambiguity may be the charming treat for others.

Kind regards

Lovely Panerai and an elegant 40mm Luminor

For the 40mm Luminor's, I've always felt the PAM159 (see pic below) & the PAM244, both of which are GMT models, are the most attractive of the 40mm Panerai's. The arrow tipped GMT hand just adds that extra touch to make the watch sexy IMO. Great revie...

I think it's sexy when a woman dares to be different. Surely a 40mm would not be too big for your wrist ;) As for the strange shape of the case - I believe it distinguishes them and is part of their identity just like how BMWs have their grills to disting...

You are absolutely entitled to your opinion sergio4. Should I ever get the opportunity to meet you...I am certain I could have you think otherwise ;) It's all in the attitude and how you present it. With that said, I agree there is nothing more beautiful ...
