Many pieces sold for much less than most would expect.

pam 21 a worldrecord ? Maybe but that makes me think that the previous 21 was probably sold 10 years ago
somethimes you see them for sale for an insane 200k..... but they just don't sell for that price.
the one on the auction sold but much cheaper than what most would expect
Worst of all..... 69 lots and 39 UNSOLD...... 39 !!!!!!!

I understand the auction house will use such a title for the press release but I would not use the same title to write a post about it :-) And I don't think Anthony works for Artcurial :-)
Well... Not exact.... The WRs are not exact.
I remember when the Pam 21 was more around 120 K euros some years ago... Around 2007. And I saw many vintage Panerai going for 150 K Euros. Even more! Let's remember that some months ago, a vintage Panerai ( 6152 with a plexy bezel ) came for circa 300 K ...
Personally, I think the auction price for the PAM21 was ridiciously cheap

anthony, that watch was for sale for euro 15k in 1997...
Today at 100 or 120k I would not call it ridicously cheap but ridicously expensive Can you name me 1 other watch made in the last 20 years that went X 8 ??? One ? I can't not one single AP, rolex, patek, breguet, or any other brand made such a watch
