Yes the 341 is large, but it is wearable. Being afraid of what other people think about the size of the 341 is the MAIN problem about this watch. For what it worth, if Panerai had made this watch smaller, everyone would be screaming about it not being historically accurate. I have one on order, and
I did some calculations from info I found over the net for the original Egiziano, and came up with 3/4 inch thick and 3 inches from lug to lug. Does this sound right of the Pam 341? Thanks, Charlie
